This is specifically in connection with the use of the Green Dot licensed by Dual Systems.  For products manufactured or imported before 1 April 2021, corresponding transition periods or a maximum storage period of up to 18 months will apply from 1 April 2021. In the event of non-compliance, penalties equivalent to at least the recycling fee will be imposed. Moreover, as of 1 January 2022 the harmonized Triman logo will be mandatory on all products subject to the extended producer responsibility (e.g. also electrical appliances, batteries, non-recyclable packaging).
